The Chthonic Goddess


From concept sketch to finished illustration, here is Persephone the Cthonic Goddess reborn as a fashion goddess.

Her style is closely linked to nature, distinctly art nouveau and her taste in today’s clothing definitely gravitates towards brands such as Etro or Mary Katrantzou, both lovers of intricate patterning and natural motifs. I’ve reposted the original pencil sketches so you can see the whole process. As you can see, there is quite a bit of detail in the digital rendering!
